This session will be led by Kelsey Henderson of High Country Search, who will walk you through the essentials of crafting a standout resume and share best practices for securing an interview. In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, leaders must not only navigate external disruptions—such as regulatory shifts, political changes, and technological advancements like AI—but also lead their organizations through internal transitions, such as team restructuring and evolving company cultures. This training course is designed specifically for leaders who are committed to guiding their organizations through moments of change successfully.
Mentors and students in the Mentor Program come from a variety of industries and backgrounds. To maximize the benefits of this diversity, CBSI requires active student engagement in mentor activities throughout the program. Mentors are expected to host at least two opportunities for connection. Students must attend at least one of these events hosted by their direct mentor and one hosted by another mentor. This approach ensures that students gain valuable insights from multiple mentors, enhancing their learning experience throughout the program. Engagement Activity Ideas: As a mentor, you are required to host two engagement activities outside of your direct mentors. These can be curated for a small group 5-10 or for all mentees (75-90). Some mentors struggle to think of ways to share their unique skills outside of their direct mentorship relationships. The following examples are provided to jumpstart your ideation.
