Join Colorado BioScience Institute for Life Sciences Manufacturing (LSM) 101, a foundational one-week training that prepares adult career switchers (21+) for entry-level roles in life sciences manufacturing. Designed in collaboration with 13 employers who collectively anticipate 218+ projected entry-level manufacturing job openings in 2026, this curriculum was validated and will be delivered by an industry expert instructor.
Developed in partnership with Colorado Succeeds, the initiative builds a shared strategy among leading life sciences employers to map talent needs, co-design solutions, and align training and education programs to high-demand roles.
Course format:
- 20 hour in-person foundational training
- June 8th – 12th daily from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- June 10th offers an optional lunch and networking opportunity with life sciences employers
Enrollment requirements:
- Ages 21+ career switchers or explorers
- High school diploma or GED minimum
- Interest in manufacturing, quality, or production roles
- Motivated by clear hiring opportunities and career advancement
- Curious about science and excited to be part of work that helps patients and communities
